How to Donate The Friends of the Winnipeg Public Library accept newer/good condition donations for their annual Book Sale. WHAT TO DONATE: We take books, DVDs, Video Games (all formats), CDs and LPs in excellent condition only. WHERE TO DONATE: Any branch of Winnipeg Public Library during open hours. HOW TO DONATE: • Pack donations in sturdy/liftable, small to medium sized boxes • No more than 3 boxes per visit • Label the box(es) ‘FRIENDS’. (Please no bags.) • If you have a large donation please contact our Book Room at fwplbookroom@gmail.com to see about a possible pick up. DO NOT DONATE: • Textbooks, VHS cassettes and professional books (accounting, law, medicine, etc.) • Encyclopedias, unless 1920’s or older • Computer, business and finance books older than 5 years • Magazines No bags please
